The staff displayed really good attentiveness. They addressed every need efficiently. The bar provided great cocktails. Breakfast offered substantial variety. It was really good. The location is convenient. It's on a quiet street only a short walk to the South Kensington station. I found this perfect.
The post-stay customer service proved problematic. I am still awaiting a refund. It has been several weeks since my departure. I have sent multiple emails without a satisfactory response. This is disappointing.

I felt very cared for! fresh fruit and bottled water were restocked daily in my room. the tea and coffee selection available directly in the room was a definite plus after long days exploring. the soaking tub in the bathroom provided a welcome relief. I used it every evening!
The elevator was quite slow. I found myself often taking the stairs to save time, though this might be difficult with mobility issues.

My room had a wonderful vibe! I appreciated the carefully designed interior and stylish decor. The staff provided excellent service. The restaurant also offered delicious meals. I really enjoyed the convenient location near Victoria Albert Museum.
I must mention there was slight street noise at times. It was not a major issue, but I did notice it occasionally.
