Jihane at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. She helped me with my requests with ease and style. I really liked the location, it is close to Hyde Park. I could easily walk to Bayswater and Queensway stations. The shopping nearby was very convenient, especially Boots and Tesco Express.
the room was a bit small, but overall it was fine.

the hotel enjoys a prime location. the room was thoroughly cleaned daily. fresh towels were always provided. the shower consistently delivered hot water. the staff was friendly and happily accommodated my early check-in request. the hotel ensured a smooth and accommodating experience.
the window had a slight draft and i found it a bit cold in the area near it during the night so i had to keep the temperature up.

the staff helped with luggage storage and this was appreciated.
The room i was given was smaller than expected. It felt cramped. the walls seemed thin as i could easily hear noise from neighboring rooms and street activity. this made it difficult to sleep comfortably. I found it quite bothersome.
