the breakfast and dinner food selection are great. polite and friendly staff. attentive staff kept my room clean. i enjoyed the wide selection of food and drinks at the pool bar.
noise levels were a bit loud at times due to other guests.

the hotel is in a good location for staying and also accessing areas outside the town. the main bus station is directly beneath the hotel. this provides easy transportation options wanting to explore.

the hotel has a pool area that includes a splash park perfect for younger children. the rooftop bar offers sushi and grill evenings. i found the spa provided excellent relaxing treatments after a busy day.

The breakfasts were so amazing. the beds were super comfy and i slept like a baby. The rooms are just great, they was like a real treat! it really was like a five-star experience to me, a beautiful escape.
sometimes, the noise levels from other guests were a bit much, particularly late at night.
