The room had a big, wide-screen TV and good air conditioning. The bathroom included a great shower with decent water pressure. The breakfast buffet had a good choice of warm, well-cooked food. The staff were helpful.

My stay was great, however, I would have liked a wider selection of beverages in the complimentary minibar.

Staff were very friendly, offering assistance with directions and other requests. Kasim provided helpful information about local attractions and even gave my Grandson colouring activities. Jordan explained how to connect to the hotel's Wi-Fi network.

the staff was excellent at all times. the building looked Fine, both inside and out. the hotel ran efficiently, and the organization was top notch. my room provided a relaxing atmosphere, very peaceful and quiet.

i booked a standard double room, but i got a disabled room. it had NO lounge area, and a wet room. i found this quite disappointing, after seeing pictures of the standard double rooms.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. This met my basic expectations for the stay.

The breakfast quality was substandard. Bacon was hard and sausage was also hard. Fried bread could cause damage it was so hard. Better options are available elsewhere.

The room's heating did not work consistently. I found it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature. the hotel charged me a second time even though the stay was fully prepaid. I had to wait several days for a refund.

The location is very convenient, very close to the train station. The staff were also friendly and helpful. My room included air con and a sofa.

My room was not cleaned , disappointing. I needed to ask for toilet rolls to be replenished. There was no mirror in the room (i found this odd).
