odd bath balcony situation
The room was clean the breakfast was good.
I booked a room advertised with a balcony river view but it wasn't quite right. The room felt a bit strange with a meeting room attached and no place to hang my coat. The bath was oddly placed in the middle of the room I thought. The balcony situation was the real problem since anyone could just wander onto it. Privacy was nonexistent I expected better planning.

friendly staff good service loud music unbearable cold
The staff was really friendly and helpful when I arrived. The breakfast buffet had a very good service.
The surroundings were so noisy. Loud music played late into the night. I confirmed with the receptionist before checking in that my room was quiet. It was unbearably cold, and heating it took forever.

The location allows short walks to main attractions! the hotel boasts a cozy modern feel. i found the room design clever. the staff were nice. They were understanding and accommodating to all our needs.

My room had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was very beautiful and inviting. the comfortable bed was so luxurious and ensured restful nights. the shower was especially amazing. It helped me unwind completely.

friendly staff clean room
The staff were friendly. I found the room very comfortable and clean. The shower had great water pressure (a real plus for me!). The hotel is in a good location, close to attractions.
I noticed one small issue. The wait time for breakfast was a bit long on one morning, when the hotel was crowded.

The staff members were cute and always ready to assist with any requests. Front desk service was very efficient and attentive to all guest needs. They provided quick responses and helped with directions.

good breakfast luxurious biscuits nightclub noise bad manner
the staff was very helpful at the foyer. breakfast has a good selection and cooked breakfast was good. the biscuits in the room are very luxurious. housekeeping was very good also.
the noise throughout the night from the nightclubs was a nightmare. the young man in the restaurant spoke to me bad. he should be working on a pub door. the manner he displayed should not be tolerated.
