The staff was really friendly and helpful when I arrived. The breakfast buffet had a very good service.

The surroundings were so noisy. Loud music played late into the night. I confirmed with the receptionist before checking in that my room was quiet. It was unbearably cold, and heating it took forever.

The staff were friendly. I found the room very comfortable and clean. The shower had great water pressure (a real plus for me!). The hotel is in a good location, close to attractions.

I noticed one small issue. The wait time for breakfast was a bit long on one morning, when the hotel was crowded.

the staff was very helpful at the foyer. breakfast has a good selection and cooked breakfast was good. the biscuits in the room are very luxurious. housekeeping was very good also.

the noise throughout the night from the nightclubs was a nightmare. the young man in the restaurant spoke to me bad. he should be working on a pub door. the manner he displayed should not be tolerated.
