lovely coastal stay

the hotel offered very good breakfasts and the location was amazing being only a short distance from the sea i visited monuments such as gwrych abergele castle and found it fascinating it was a great experience for my wedding anniversary ava and pawel from room 325 send thanks the rooms were cleaned daily with replenished water toilet paper soap shower gel and shampoo. the staff was friendly and helpful.
the room felt very hot even with the window open it would have been better with air conditioning.

the bistro bar offered delicious food and the breakfast service was excellent with attentive staff the waitress service was prompt and efficient making the dining experience enjoyable and relaxing.

the hotel had a swimming pool spa sauna and jacuzzi i enjoyed having everything on site the pool was a great way to relax and the spa provided excellent opportunities for relaxation and rejuvenation.

i found ample parking available. the restaurant provided very good food. the room and bathroom were clean and well kept. the tv and wifi functioned without issue (which is always a plus).
The pool was quite popular with families. It was sometimes a bit too lively for a peaceful swim.

The room cleanliness was lacking. i found dust accumulation in several areas, specifically near the windows and on the headboard. the provided toiletries were minimal. I had to request additional shampoo. also, the breakfast service seemed understaffed, resulting in slow table service and delays in refilling buffet items.

the food presentation was poor. breakfast reminded me of school camp, pretty basic stuff (i really wanted more options). i asked for fruit and bacon with my pancakes, but they said i couldn't have both. the pool was also cold, i was expecting warmer water.
