Excellent stay overall
planned areathoughtful touch
The breakfast was great. I especially liked the planned dining area. A microwave in the room was a thoughtful touch. The location also was great. Staff were nice. Richard in the dining room was polite.

a wonderful stay

the room was warm. breakfast was fresh. it was quickly replenished. the staff are so lovely and attentive. i saw gregory, he was really good. richard was charming during breakfast. it made for a great start of the day.
the room i had was not at the standard i expected, like the shower, it wasnt very clean. there were marks on the radiator and wall, and some dust. i opened the window for some fresh air immediately.

The location is great. it was easy to find this hotel. i found secure parking very close to the hotel, so thats a plus. free parking was available on the hotel compound. That was great, as i rented a vehicle.

The staff were all excellent without exception, and i believe that makes such a difference. i noticed the staff was pleasant. they packed breakfast for us. We had to checkout at 6am. it was so kind of them.

the room was a good size and very quiet, even though the hotel is just off a busy road. the shower was a great size, and shower gel and shampoo were supplied. the room was clean and well stocked.

i was happy with the free parking available and the adequate restaurant that was adjacent. the secure parking was close to the hotel. the breakfast choice was freshly cooked and contained a great range of food.

Check-in was efficient. I was greeted promptly. the room had all the basics i needed. i found the breakfast to be good, and the facilities were clean.
The room lighting was poor. It felt quite dark. the bed was too soft for my liking. also, i found the heating a bit difficult to regulate. The room felt too hot at times.

The staff at the front desk helped me a lot. They offered suggestions for local attractions. The parking was free. This made things easier.
The room was quite small. It also included a sofa bed. The sofa bed seemed like it needed replacement because it was not comfortable. It was the worst bed ever.
