the room was quite warm. it was a good size. the bathroom had both a shower and a bath. the location near the river ness was a definite plus. the distillery on-site added something UNIQUE.

the car park required payment. this was not ideal.

The hotel had very convenient parking spaces. I found the proximity to the town center advantageous. My room offered a great river view. The room itself was lovely (especially the layout!). I was charmed by the staff at the reception and restaurant.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit erratic at times.

i found the location by the river lovely. there were great facilities available, including a brewery. the room was comfortable and clean, also dinner and breakfast was excellent.

The staircase had fifteen steps to reach my floor. This wasnt great. it was especially difficult for someone with heavy suitcase. i found the bar uninviting. It had basic, shabby tables and chairs.
