Really good Hotel Experience
convenient location modern feel personable staff
I appreciated the convenient location near key areas. The hotel felt modern and new. Breakfast offered a sufficient variety that was both simple and efficient. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were accommodating and personable.
The room's dry air heat was difficult to turn off overnight and made the room uncomfortably dry.

Awesome riverside stay
central hotel many options modern decor kind staff
The hotel location is very near lots restaurants. Breakfast has many options. Rooms are very clean with modern decor. I found it was a good option for the city. Staff are very kind, always willing to facilitate any requests.
The AC didnt cool very well, making my room a wee bit warm.

The hotel is only five minutes by foot to the busier streets. It sits right next to the river, it is perfect for a peaceful walk. Restaurants were near to the hotel. You have to book in advance.

The bar area was large. my room was immaculate. i appreciated the soundproofing, it definitely helped me sleep better. breakfast was good. I enjoyed the fresh options.
A light bulb in my room burned out. Replacement took over 24 hours. this was an inconvenience, as it affected the room's lighting for quite some time.

Acceptable But Disappointing Experience
no water bottles no biscuits
The hotel has a great location within walking distance to shops.
The room I booked did not include complimentary bottles of water and biscuits, which I found disappointing for a hotel of this supposed caliber. There was also no menu on the table, so I did not know what was available for breakfast.

efficient check-in clean room convenient location missing information noisy heat poor lighting
The reception staff checked my daughter and me in efficiently upon our late arrival. Our room was clean. The location was convenient to the train station , and I walked to pick up my rental car.
There was no hotel information in the room , such as breakfast arrangements or fire procedures. The dry air heat in the rooms was impossible to turn off overnight , which was noisy. The bedroom lighting was poor. I struggled to see clearly when dressing.

the hotel offered a tasty breakfast with many options. the bathroom had a closed shower, i liked it. the staff was helpful and kind at all times, i appreciate that.
the absence of complimentary water bottles in the fridge was something i noticed.
