poor tv channels difficult access
The staff accommodated my request for a firmer pillow. Housekeeping delivered exactly what I needed.
I had difficulty finding the place by car. Access was not straightforward. Paying nearly £200 for one night felt steep. The TV channels were awful, especially considering they have Sky downstairs in the bar, but not in the room.

high standard room excellent staff great food quality beneficial location
The room had a very high standard. i found the staff excellent, really attentive. i ate in the restaurant. The quality of the food was very good. the hotel's location was beneficial for walking to nearby attractions.
the tv channels available in the room were not great. i would have liked more variety. it's a very minor thing, though.

The breakfast setup proved underwhelming considering the price. i expected more variety at the buffet but it felt basic. also, our room felt a bit cramped. The bed barely fit and moving around was tricky. small rooms, basic buffet

Really good Highland Stay
friendly staff excellent location
The staff were friendly. They readily accommodated all my requests. The location was excellent for exploring the surrounding area. The classic Scottish hotel food was a great highlight. I liked the easy access to town. The hotel was close to various attractions.
The television in my room did not offer many channels. That was disappointing. Considering the bar had Sky, I found this a missed opportunity.

The room had nice decor, was very clean, and proved comfortable for my stay. The room included tea and coffee facilities. The room had ample space, it included a seating area.

The staff seemed happy in their jobs. Anel was particularly cute. She offered really good help. Housekeeping promptly addressed requests, like providing a firmer pillow, I was very happy.
