the room was very super clean and cozy. the shower was great, and i liked the dove hand and shower washes provided. the receptionist was so lovely.
the bed was small and uncomfortable. the bathroom lacked a plug in the basin. the loo paper was of poor quality.

solid stay near motorway
breakfast selectioncomfortable bedthin walls
the breakfast selection surprised me. bacon tasted of quality and plenty of hot options were available. the room was clean upon arrival. i found the bed quite comfortable. i enjoyed the dove hand and shower washes provided in the bathroom.
the walls seemed thin as i heard some noise from other rooms. this was particularly noticeable in the early morning. i think soundproofing could be better to ensure a quieter stay for every guest.

breakfast offered various choices like bacon and eggs. the food was regularly restocked. drinks were readily available. the restaurant was also pretty clean with staff maintaining it well.

the hotel provided free parking right in front. i saw an ice machine available. staff members were present at the reception. they seemed ready to assist guests with inquiries or requests.

The staff was excellent and helpful. The shower had GREAT power. Beds were comfortable.
The location was convenient off the motorway. HOWEVER, there was barely any grass for my dog. I ended up walking my dog near a fast-food restaurant with many people. There was nowhere nearby to walk and exercise my dog.

the roadworks made getting there a real challenge. i spent ages driving around, it was so frustrating! then, the room was quite dusty. there was also a damaged electric socket, it didn't feel safe.
