rough bedsheets traffic noise
the hotel said the room had air conditioning but it barely cooled the room the bedsheets felt rough and not very clean i noticed stains on them i asked for extra pillows but never received them the noise from nearby traffic made it hard to sleep the bathroom was tiny with very little counter space.

malfunctioning air conditioning disruptive noise
The reception staff offered efficient service.
The air conditioning malfunctioned. It poured water into the room. Changing rooms proved futile, as the replacement air conditioning unit emitted continuous, disruptive noises. A PROPER night's sleep was impossible.

what a brill stay!
warm welcome super clean bathroom
james and the reception ladies gave such a warm welcome you know. we came from cardiff for a festival, but faced delays on route, how awful. but these friendly staff really lifted our spirits you see. they even allowed an early check-in, it made a difference. rooms and bathrooms looked super clean, a pure dream.

the breakfast included tasty bacon you see, also scrumptious sausages, and fluffy scrambled eggs, how delicious. there were so many options available, i tell you. i was fully satisfied with the breakfast.

all the staff were friendly and warm, i found their service excellent. they displayed that great bromsgrove humour, very funny. the reception staff were particularly helpful with all our needs you see.

the hotel had tea and coffee facilities you know, also tv, and a/c. parking was available in front of the hotel. the lobby area looked clean and tidy, just perfect i found.

beds felt comfortable, i had a great sleep. there were superb showers, that was great. the room was warm at night and had a good amount of privacy, what a bonus. this room provided everything needed you know.

clean room comfortable room dove hand washes small bed missing plug poor quality loo paper
the room was very very comfy and tidy. the shower was great, and i liked the dove hand and shower washes provided. the receptionist was so lovely.
the bed was small and uncomfortable. the bathroom lacked a plug in the basin. the loo paper was of poor quality.

solid stay near motorway
breakfast selection comfortable bed
the breakfast selection surprised me. bacon tasted of quality and plenty of hot options were available. the room was clean upon arrival. i found the bed quite comfortable. i enjoyed the dove hand and shower washes provided in the bathroom.
the walls seemed thin as i heard some noise from other rooms. this was particularly noticeable in the early morning. i think soundproofing could be better to ensure a quieter stay for every guest.

breakfast offered various choices like bacon and eggs. the food was regularly restocked. drinks were readily available. the restaurant was also pretty clean with staff maintaining it well.

the hotel provided free parking right in front. i saw an ice machine available. staff members were present at the reception. they seemed ready to assist guests with inquiries or requests.

A reasonable experience
helpful staff powerful shower comfortable beds little grass dog exercise nearby location
The staff was excellent and helpful. The shower had GREAT power. Beds were comfortable.
The location was convenient off the motorway. HOWEVER, there was barely any grass for my dog. I ended up walking my dog near a fast-food restaurant with many people. There was nowhere nearby to walk and exercise my dog.

dusty room damaged socket
the roadworks made getting there a real challenge. i spent ages driving around, it was so frustrating! then, the room was quite dusty. there was also a damaged electric socket, it didn't feel safe.
