Average stay with some issues
poor cleanlinessfaulty key
The bathroom was a significant letdown. The shower's temperature was hard to regulate, and I found the overall cleanliness to be below standard. The room key also stopped working a few times.. it was annoying to keep going back to reception to get it fixed. These issues definitely impacted the overall experience.

The room was very comfortable (I slept well each night). The breakfast had a great buffet selection. The location was also ideal for exploring the city centre.
My room smelled unpleasant upon arrival. Housekeeping did come with air freshener and opened the windows. The bathroom was a little outdated. The extractor fan would not stop running.

the staff seemed nice enough.
