fantastic hotel stay
helpful staff quick room early arrival great kindness
the reception staff were so helpful upon my arrival. my schedule changed. I arrived hours before check-in. they quickly found me a room, so kind. i am so grateful they saved me from wandering around.
the tv signal was not great, with occasional interruptions.

this hotel has a little shop onsite, offering essentials in case guests forget anything. lemon water is available in the reception area. the car parking is just across the road, so very easily accessible, and they give you a discount!

Average stay with some issues
poor cleanliness faulty key
The bathroom was a significant letdown. The shower's temperature was hard to regulate, and I found the overall cleanliness to be below standard. The room key also stopped working a few times.. it was annoying to keep going back to reception to get it fixed. These issues definitely impacted the overall experience.

great buffet ideal location unpleasant smell outdated bathroom
The room was very comfortable (I slept well each night). The breakfast had a great buffet selection. The location was also ideal for exploring the city centre.
My room smelled unpleasant upon arrival. Housekeeping did come with air freshener and opened the windows. The bathroom was a little outdated. The extractor fan would not stop running.
