helpful staff warm room
the breakfast offered a good choice of items! the two staff members i met were super helpful and friendly. our room was warm, cosy, and also well-supplied with the important stuff. parking behind the building was very convenient for all!
My room was a little cold. The bedding was pretty thin considering it was january.

quiet street super clean room central location drinks station
check-in was simple and fast. the room was beautiful and totally super clean. i loved the balcony. the street was quiet considering the hotel's central location. the small fridge and hot drinks station offered a nice extra touch.
i did miss having a bar. i also missed a restaurant but i believe plans are underway about this.

The check-in process was very smooth and I received clear instructions. The room was super clean. I found tea and coffee facilities were available in the room. Breakfast offered a self-service setup and included many options. The hotel location is perfect since it's close to both the town center and the seafront.
The standard room seemed rather basic, unlike the beautiful options with balconies.

I loved the location! it was so close to both the beach and several great restaurants! the staff was also friendly and helpful. also, the room was super clean. It was a real pleasure to come back to after a day out, it felt fresh and cute!
i think a bar or restaurant would add so much value! it felt a bit incomplete without on-site dining options.

The breakfast location proved acceptable.
The room felt quite cramped. It was difficult to move around freely. The walls seemed VERY thin. Noise from adjacent rooms disrupted sleep. I found this disappointing.

the self check-in system presented a small initial challenge when i arrived, as the reception was not staffed.
