The room temperature was a real problem. it just wasn't working and i mentioned it. they tried to fix it, but it remained broken. also, i found a mistake on a bar bill. Drinks were charged to our room that belonged to someone else, and i was initially told we hadn't paid. it was sorted, but it wasn't smooth!!!

My room offered ample space and cleanliness. The underground shopping mall was convenient with its supermarket and restaurants. Access to public transportation was easy with the S-Bahn station, only a few stops from Marienplatz. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options.

The breakfast area was a total disaster. I arrived during the rush, and it seemed like a competition for food, not a pleasant start to the day. The staff seemed overwhelmed, they did not manage well the crowd. Finding dinner nearby proved harder than I wanted.
