a mixed experience

broken temperature control incorrect bar bill

The room temperature was a real problem. it just wasn't working and i mentioned it. they tried to fix it, but it remained broken. also, i found a mistake on a bar bill. Drinks were charged to our room that belonged to someone else, and i was initially told we hadn't paid. it was sorted, but it wasn't smooth!!!

the breakfast was quite good and offered a decent start to the day.

The room cards repeatedly failed to work after multiple attempts, hindering access. This required the door to be repaired, causing an unnecessary delay after a long journey.

My room offered ample space and cleanliness. The underground shopping mall was convenient with its supermarket and restaurants. Access to public transportation was easy with the S-Bahn station, only a few stops from Marienplatz. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of options.

I found the pillows to be a little firm for my personal preference.

The breakfast area was a total disaster. I arrived during the rush, and it was like a competition for food, not a pleasant start to the day. The staff seemed overwhelmed, they did not manage well the crowd. Finding dinner nearby proved harder than I wanted.

superb location underground access great breakfast poor air thin conditioner cleaning quality

the location is superb. it is conveniently connected to the underground, made getting around easy. the breakfast was really good, with a great selection of items.

the air conditioning barely worked. the room was uncomfortably warm. the daily cleaning was not thorough at all.
