The hotel is located centrally with easy access to public transportation. The staff was helpful and always greeted guests with a smile. I found the room beautifully renovated and clean. Air conditioning worked great.
I found the bed and bedding uncomfortable. There were several steps from the lobby to the elevator. Some floors have additional steps in the hallway. This could be an issue for people with mobility issues.

I was upgraded to a beautiful double room. It was spacious. the beds offered excellent comfort. the staff were friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome. the on-site bar and cafe was very convenient.
The room service menu lacked variety. The food was not very good! though the breakfast buffet offered a lot of choices.

the hotel was very central and close to the train station, acceptable.
The air conditioning was noisy, and i found it hard to sleep well. the curtain was dirty, quite off-putting. the minibar had only a few small drinks, and extra water cost extra. I expected more.

The shower drained at a glacial pace, i swear. i reminded me of i was showering in a murky pond. The hairdryer overheated faster than my temper. It cut off mid-blow dry and left me looking like a frizzball. inconvenient!
