the location was acceptable.
i found the breakfast ordinary, really nothing special at all. the bar staff were rude, constantly ignoring me. this made unwinding in the evenings rather difficult.

the executive lounge access as a diamond member was such a treat. i had a special seating area just for diamond members during breakfast! jade at the front desk, and giovanna in the breakfast restaurant was so kind. plus, the s-bahn is directly below, so getting around was super easy!
the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. this made it harder to get a good night's sleep.
