excellent stay near central station!
great valueking size bedclean roomsketchy area
the hotel was located close to the central station and our tour meeting points. the room we booked featured a king size bed and a nice bath. i found the room very clean. i appreciated the convenience despite not having breakfast due to early departures.
the surrounding area near the hotel felt a bit sketchy at night, so i had some concerns about safety.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They stored our luggage when we arrived early. the delivery of our luggage to our room was especially nice. i really appreciated the complimentary coffee available.

faulty ac
The ac didn't work, even though i had it on full blast. I woke up SWEATING. the pillows were horrible, they offered little support. I found these issues detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable stay. They should address these problems.
