the location was great near the historic center. the breakfast buffet had a rooftop view of the alps. the rooftop was accessible for drinks later in the day..
there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. there was also a mix up and another couple walked into my hotel room at 10 in the morning. the person at reception who i spoke to about this was less than helpful.. he repeatedly asked me how it.

The room lacked basic amenities. There was no coffee maker or tea kettle. also, the shower design was problematic. Water easily escaped, soaking the entire bathroom floor. this made it quite inconvenient after each shower.

location was a major plus, near station. i was able to store my luggage before check in and after check out, it helped a lot. the view from the 13th floor bar lounge was quite beautiful. the staff stored my luggage happily.
i found the air conditioning could be improved. it wasn't bad, but i'd prefer if it were stronger. the room was neat and clean though. i hope this is resolved for my next stay.
