The location suited our needs. I liked the parking garage. It was very convenient. the open bar upon our late arrival was SUCH A blessing after a long trip. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

the hand soap was missing , and only one all-in-one body wash was available.

the hotel had a parking garage with easy access, and the parking fees seemed reasonable compared to other places.

The room lacked basic amenities. I found no telephone, so i had to go to the reception for any request. also, a mini bar was missing from the room. finally, i was not happy about the dirty and worn-out floor carpet, as it clearly needed a replacement (i think).
