romantic getaway
parking garage friendly staff convenient location
The location suited our needs. I liked the parking garage. It was very convenient. the open bar upon our late arrival was SUCH A blessing after a long trip. I also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.
the hand soap was missing , and only one all-in-one body wash was available.

the room was huge with a window that opened fully, almost like a balcony, a wonderful surprise. it was clean, and airy.

the hotel had easy access to transportation. it was just a short walk to the tram stop. the main station was easily reachable within about half an hour , or even less.

the room had a desk that i used. the beds were comfortable. the staff provided an electric kettle when i asked for hot water.

some issues
missing telephone dirty carpet
the hotel had a parking garage with easy access, and the parking fees seemed reasonable compared to other places.
The room lacked basic amenities. I found no telephone, so i had to go to the reception for any request. also, a mini bar was missing from the room. finally, i was not happy about the dirty and worn-out floor carpet, as it clearly needed a replacement (i think).
