A Superb Stay!

new building excellent advice great location fun games

I found the building new and clean. The staff member Salome was helpful and accommodating, providing excellent advice about the city. The location is great with an Ubahn connection nearby. there is a supermarket across the street. The games in the lobby, including foosball, board games, and a photo booth, added fun to my stay.

I noted that the car park is rather small, filling up quickly and possibly causing stress upon arrival.

The breakfast buffet had a wide selection. It was one of the best I have seen in Europe. The bar stays open 24/7, so you can always grab a drink and a quick pizza, ANY time.

The room itself was spacious and included a convenient kitchenette, so I could prepare light meals. The bathroom was large. This added to the comfort of the overall accommodation.

The hotel's location offers very easy access to the city center via the Ubahn. It is only a short ride. There is also a supermarket right across the street, VERY convenient.

I found the staff cute. My room had useful amenities, including a refrigerator and a microwave. The location is advantageous. A supermarket is across the street (very helpful!).

I noted the absence of glassware in the room. At least two glasses would have been useful.

underwhelming stay

unhelpful front desk worker unprepared bed

the bakery was conveniently located right in front of the building.

checking in was not a good experience, the front desk worker was not helpful at all. the room was booked for three people, yet the third bed was not prepared and it seemed like a burden to ask for it to be done. it took a long time and a lot of insistence to get the bed ready, and the staff member acted as if i was at fault for the issue.

Adequate stay, some letdowns

The breakfast setup resembled a bar more than a comfortable dining area. Tables were not cleared promptly, leaving dirty dishes piled up. The bed proved excessively soft. It felt quite outdated. I also found the surrounding area unattractive, with a clear view of a multi-story car park from the breakfast area.
