I found the staff cute. My room had useful amenities, including a refrigerator and a microwave. The location is advantageous. A supermarket is across the street (very helpful!).

the bakery was conveniently located right in front of the building.

checking in was not a good experience, the front desk worker was not helpful at all. the room was booked for three people, yet the third bed was not prepared and it seemed like a burden to ask for it to be done. it took a long time and a lot of insistence to get the bed ready, and the staff member acted as if i was at fault for the issue.

The breakfast setup resembled a bar more than a comfortable dining area. Tables were not cleared promptly, leaving dirty dishes piled up. The bed proved excessively soft. It felt quite outdated. I also found the surrounding area unattractive, with a clear view of a multi-story car park from the breakfast area.
