the location was super! everything was nearby. the room was clean and very spacious. housekeeping did a great job every day, thank you!

The staff didn't seem to know much about hospitality. the wifi wasn't working in the room. i needed to go to the lobby to get work done. i requested extra pillows on my first night. I never got them.

The thin walls were a significant issue. I found it difficult to sleep due to noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. I could hear conversations clearly.

i enjoyed free park access. it was close to icon park. the shower pressure feelt excellent to me, and that meaned a lot after long days.

my room smelled like someone smoked, and they tryed to cover that awful smell up. the floor in the room was also dirty, a thing , made me worry.
