Just okay, honestly
acceptable locationbroken lock
The location was acceptable because it was near the places I needed to visit.
The bathroom door lock was BROKEN and would not close properly. It felt really insecure. One of our glasses also had a sharp chip around the rim. I just left the chipped glass on the counter at checkout since there was no staff.

The room had a mini kitchen with a two-burner stove. I could cook and use the dishwasher. mugs for the coffee pot. the fridge included a mini freezer. It kept my ice cream frozen.
the parking fee was $15 a day, even for members. this felt unnecessary since i was already paying for the room.

Our room was spacious and clean. the layout included a living room. It was separate from the bedroom. the bed was soft yet firm. there was a yummy pillowtop!

the hotel provides a free bus transfer to the park. breakfast is included. i appreciated emily who helped me carry my breakfast when my kids were sick!

the hotel is very close to the entrance to universal studios. the drive is about 8 minutes. it's also possible to walk there in approximately 15-20 minutes.

the staff were ready to help! when we had an ac issue, maintenance arrived within five minutes. they fixed it in less than ten minutes. i appreciated the fast response.
