the location offered easy access to nearby shops. the modern room included a very comfortable bed and a large tv. face recognition was used for entry , i found it a very cool feature.
the absence of proper sun loungers by the rooftop pool was a slight drawback.

i thoroughly enjoyed my time here. the rooms have a modern design and comfortable beds. staff members are always available and eager to assist with requests. the facial recognition system for entry increased my sense of security. secure parking and the connected brunch spot downstairs made mornings a delight. i found it really convenient.
The beeping was noticeable even from my room, a short distance away. the doors seemed to let in a bit more noise than i expected, and i sometimes woke up because of it.

The staff demonstrated excellent responsiveness. They promptly addressed all inquiries. staff showed helpfulness. They provided clear directions. staff ensured my needs were consistently met throughout my stay and seemed motivated.

the hotel offered proximity to the seafront. i could easily walk to restaurants and shops nearby. access to various points of interest was convenient. my city bus stop near the hotel provided a direct route to the waterfront, it helped a lot.

i found the staff super friendly and helpful with my check-in. they made it very easy to access the building. parking was safe and underground, just off the road.. moving around was easy. the room was quiet, which surprised me since it faced a main street. the coffee machine and fresh rusks were a real treat.
the swimming pool seating wasn't very comfortable. the solid concrete had a strange bendy shape, so rolling over was impossible. also, getting out of it unassisted was difficult.

A great stay with a small issue

The room was modern and clean. The bed was very comfy. The hotel used face recognition which was very cool. Breakfast downstairs in the restaurant is probably one of the best I've had included with a hotel!
The hotel itself seemed confusing at first. It has multiple uses. Proper sun loungers upstairs would be better too.
