The AC unit made a lot of noise. I thinks , made it hard to relax. I feel they don't give you water in the room. You must buy some.

my room was spacious AND clean. Breakfast maintained a good standard, apart from the eggs. THE room was well-appointed. The hotel offered easy parking access.
the hotel lobby WAS very warm on arrival.

the emergency alarm was loud it kept going off the management did not give guests updates it was disruptive and concerning i expected better communication regarding the situation the lack of information made things worse it felt dismissive of guest concerns
