The staff was friendly and accommodating. I received detailed instructions for my stay and all requests were handled efficiently. I enjoyed the modern walk-in shower in my tastefully decorated room. The full English breakfast was also delicious.

I experienCED AN issue with noise. Traffic PROVED too loud throughout the night AS my room FACED the main ROAD. this interrupted my sleep SIGNIFICANTLY. additional soundproofing IS NEEDED.

The staff was cute and friendly. jacob's meet and greet was fantastic. he showed us to our room and gave us thorough instructions for our stay. the staff helped securely store our luggage until later in the day. It was a very pleasant experience.
