the staff proved helpful and very friendly, which i CONSIDER acceptable.
I experienCED AN issue with noise. Traffic PROVED too loud throughout the night AS my room FACED the main ROAD. this interrupted my sleep SIGNIFICANTLY. additional soundproofing IS NEEDED.

The staff was cute and friendly. jacob's meet and greet was fantastic. he showed us to our room and gave us thorough instructions for our stay. the staff helped securely store our luggage until later in the day. It was a very pleasant experience.
