the hotel staff showed great professionalism. they were happy to assist with any request. my room included complimentary drinks. i found the bathroom marvellous.
the hotel car park underneath seemed a little inconvenient.

lacking new year's eve information
closed restaurantearly bar closing
i felt pretty let down. i paid nearly double for new year's eve only to find the hotel restaurant closed for two days. the hotel bar closed early at 9pm new year's eve. the hot breakfast food seemed poorly prepared. i believe i should have been informed about the lack of facilities.

the location was great all attractions were easily accessible. the breakfast was awesome with many options available
the gym was small and had limited equipment it needed more machines. the soundproofing wasn't great i could hear street noise
