broken heating faulty window
i found a couple of issues . the heating in the room didn't work properly (it was only fixed on the last morning). also, the window wasn't closing completely at first, but thankfully, they fixed it pretty quickly.

The hotel is near a lake and close to many cafes. I walked ten minutes from the train station. The staff are great and the breakfast included tasty items. I appreciate their service.

wonderful family hotel stay
lake waterfront central squares good breakfast
The hotel location was just perfect. it was right by the lake waterfront and quite close to the central squares. Shops, cafeterias, and restaurants were very accessible. the breakfast was also really good. i'm already making plans to return next year for another visit!!!
the view from my room faced a parking lot, which wasn't ideal. also, the beds weren't particularly comfortable, which impacted my sleep quality.

excellent location public parking comfortable bed
The location was excellent with a public parking area right behind the premises, i found that very helpful! the single room was cleaned daily, a nice touch, and i appreciated the proximity to the central squares. The room had a comfortable bed. the staff interaction was always pleasant, and the ferry station was only a short walk away. I would stay again.
the breakfast options were limited, and not many selections seemed fresh!

acceptable location, but issues encountered
push-button machine awful breakfast
the location is excellent, a short walk from the train station.
The breakfast was not good. I found nothing fresh besides some fruit. the coffee came from a push-button machine, which i found terrible for italy.

the location was amazing with bars and restaurants on the doorstep. it was a five minute walk from the train station. the rooms were spotlessly clean too!
