Christine really were great too. she gave me a great room. I especially appreciated the balcony. the room was clean. the continental breakfast offered a nice selection (i loved the fresh fruit!). i found free parking a definite bonus.
The walls seemed quite thin. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms.

the location is very convenient, it has easy access to the interlaken west train station (it's only a short walk!). this made getting around the area easy. the immediate neighborhood feels quite peaceful.

the location was convenient (just a short walk to the station). our room had a balcony perfect for enjoying the morning air. the staff offered helpful advice regarding local tours and restaurants.
The bathroom was quite small. It felt a bit cramped. soundproofing was not the best as i could hear guests walking upstairs. the bed mattress felt a bit too thin for my liking.
