quick actioncastle viewbuffet choice
the staff promptly assisted when i requested the beds separated in the room (i did appreciate this quick action). i had a view of the castle from my window. the breakfast buffet offered many choices.
parking spaces in the garage below seem very small (this might be challenging for larger vehicles).

wonderful stay with castle views

i found the location to be central i could quickly return to the hotel. the staff were helpful polite and smiling. the view of the castle was amazing it was a great picture spot. i will definitely return to this hotel.
the parking spots in the municipal garage below were very small i had a hard time getting in and out of them

the hotel is close to the heart of the town and many restaurants. there is easy access to interesting shops scenery and restaurants. it also has a romantic view of a 13th-century castle.

breakfast included a nice german selection of baked goods fruits cheeses and meats. coffee service was also good. there is an asian restaurant in the same building so takeout dinner is convenient.

the hotel has a lovely terrace to relax and take in the amazing views. a bus stop outside the hotel offers transport from the train station.

The staff was genuinely lovely (they really went the extra mile!). I found parking directly at the hotel very convenient. Breakfast was excellent and offered good variety.

Acceptable Location but Room Issues

The location proved beneficial. It sits atop the garage and the tram station for trips to the castle.
The room was smaller than anticipated. The equipment seemed aged and not everything on the TV worked correctly, for example RTL. There was no air conditioning and the breakfast was very simple.
