surprisingly good stay!
superb locationclean roombasic itemhelpful staff
i found the location really superb as it's close to the basilica and the city center is easy to reach! the room was very clean. basic bathroom items were provided. the staff was also friendly and helpful, which i found charming.
The wi-fi connection wasn't great unless the room is near the corridor. I did manage to change rooms though.

The staff demonstrated helpfulness. They provided assistance and information quickly. i noticed good english language skills among the team. their friendly attitude really shone through!

I liked the breakfast. It had a buffet offering scrambled eggs, baked beans, and sausages. they had a selection of both sour and sweet pastries available. the coffee machine also worked well.

the minimalistic room featured simple, new furniture and a mattress. it was very clean and well-kept. the air conditioning worked well, even in winter, and the climate control was perfect.

The hotel is situated excellently in the city center. It faces the san antonio basilica. many dining options and attractions are quite nearby. bus and tram transport options are available.

i had a superior double room it had a spacious layout the room included a television and a work desk i found parking available at the hotel. breakfast included a variety of options the breakfast service was very efficient. the staff were always polite.

The room was not what I expected. I got a Camera Matrimoniale superior con vista, but the air conditioning was a disaster. Stuck on heat it was. This made it hard to sleep well. I was not notify about the broken air con at check in, which just added to my frustrations. The staff didn't offer any help at all and that really irritated me.
