the location was convenient to many attractions. the staff at the front desk was helpful and efficient with check-in.
the room cleaning happened only once per week. the bar closed relatively early each day at 3 pm.

My stay included a comfortable bed. The room had everything i needed. I was impressed with provided washer and dryer inside room. I also liked the well-equipped kitchen, it was convenient.
The room lighting WAS a little dim.

the hotel is in a perfect location, it allows you to explore in any direction. The hotel is quiet, even though it is near Temple Bar. It is also mere yards from the Ha'penny Bridge.

Fantastic staff are available 24 hours a day. The staff were always helpful and happy to go the extra mile. When I needed something, they knew where i could get it.
