fantastic location and friendly staff!

i arrived a bit early, but my room was already available! the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, i really appreciated their assistance. the room itself was quite large and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.
the street noise was slightly noticeable, especially in the early morning.

My superior double room included comfortable beds. spacious bathroom facilities and efficient air conditioning. i found flavored water and pastries in the lobby. This was a nice touch.

the location is really good. it is fairly close to the city center and the central station. nice and neat rooms are a plus.
the wifi was poor. i was unable to work so i used my phone. i tried to get coffee from the coffee machine in the foyer. it was broken.

I found the location excellent. It was very close to the Central station. It also offered convenient access to the Metro. I also walked to the Grand Place in just about ten minutes. I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee at reception.
The bathroom was quite small. This was somewhat inconvenient.

The breakfast featured many options and fresh products. The coffee machine near the reception provided free beverages. There were pastries near reception too for a quick bite, and that was certainly a plus.

The hotel has a luggage room available . This allows storing bags securely. The lobby offered comfortable seating. The reception area was modern and well maintained. I enjoyed that.

The reception staff was particularly friendly. They answered every question I had and offered helpful information. Check-in and check-out processes were quick and easy. This made my arrival and departure smooth.
