I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel , it was super clean everywhere. Breakfast had a great selection of fresh fruit like strawberries and melon , also many cooked options. Sydney's customer service really stood out , she was always smiling and helpful. The hotel's location is super convenient , it's just a short walk to the tram line .
The pillows were too soft , I needed several to feel comfortable.

Average stay with a few hiccups

The room door was heavy. It slammed shut loudly, ALL day and night. Other inconsiderate guests made it even worse. the room was quite warm despite the heating being turned off. I had to open the windows to try to cool down, but then I couldn't sleep because of the noise from outside.

the breakfast restaurant had a wide selection. the room was comfy it included good amenities. the staff were pleasant the restaurant was nice the room was modern.
the beautiful double room i had was small. the heating system was broken and the room was far too hot. there was nowhere to put clothes or suitcases in the room i could not move around easily.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

The provided complimentary water each day was very useful. The breakfast included fresh fruit, specifically strawberries and melon. The team member Sydney provided excellent customer service. She brought toys for my daughter when we sat outside and brought me drinks.
The pillows were not firm, so I needed five pillows to feel comfortable. I think that the hotel should consider firmer options.
