The staff were ALL friendly and professional.
My room had a problem with noise. It was very loud. The bathroom setup was also odd, it included glass walls around the toilet, and afforded little privacy.

The location is excellent. it is very close to the prague castle and carles bridge. the breakfast was very good. I was happy with it. the design beautiful double room is beautiful.
the pillows were either lumpy or flat and the room was always lit up because of street lighting. i noticed no curtains! a piece of material is fitted between the inner and out window. the rail is several inches short of the wall, so light streams into the rooms ALL the time.

i find the location to be very good. It sits fairly near to a tram stop i used. The hotel IS near to the castle and views of the city. Breakfast provides variety.
the pillows were either lumpy or completely flat this was frustrating.

i appreciated the hotel's location below the castle. it was a short walk to a tram stop,. the staff was cute and friendly, particularly at reception. i also enjoyed the buffet breakfasts included in the room rate.
The room i booked online looked different from what i received. It felt a little overpriced for what it was initially.

The hotel's placement is very strategic. It's a brief walk to many key attractions. proximity to the castle is convenient, and several observation points are nearby. getting around the area is easy because of the nearby public transportation.

the hotel offers a spa that i found relaxing after a day of travel. i used the spa and appreciated the quiet atmosphere. the breakfast area has a fine glass roof and that is a nice touch.

the staff at all departments were always nice and very helpful. they always addressed my needs with a smile, appreciated. they were also really nice and kind.

The room was clean and cozy, and the beds were comfortable. I rested well each night. the design was thoughtful and the rooms were stylish. this offered a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.

the breakfast was amazing!!! it had a good level of variety. the coffee actually tasted good, rare in some hotels. i found the breakfast especially rich and satisfying.
