They always greeted me with a smile and were quick to offer assistance. i loved the meticulous attention to cleanliness. It created a sense of serenity.
i found the room a bit smaller than anticipated, made maneuvering with luggage a slight challenge.

My room had a workspace with a LAN connection. I found a washbasin with a mirror for my morning routine. The rooms are cleaned everyday, which I appreciate. The SPA had a hot water bathtub and it was very relaxing.

The staff was kind and efficient. the hotel's location is fantastic and the lively neighborhood had many good food options, it was so nice. i particularly appreciated the easy access to several metro lines. It made getting around very simple.

I found the onsen and sauna on the top floor to be a real highlight, and they accommodate guests with tattoos which is a plus. The location is excellent, providing easy access to multiple metro lines. The room remained quiet, which contributed to a restful experience. The twin room featured two spacious beds, ensuring comfort.
The room felt quite small for two people. I had to manage luggage carefully each day. We stored a mobile dehumidifier in a corner to create space for one bag.
