a sweet haven in the city
wonderful location free coffee attentive staff
The hotel's location offered easy access to both subway lines and a good array of local eateries. i appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea, a simple touch that added a sense of warmth to my mornings. the staff were very attentive. They always greeted me with a smile and were quick to offer assistance. i loved the meticulous attention to cleanliness. It created a sense of serenity.
i found the room a bit smaller than anticipated, made maneuvering with luggage a slight challenge.

My room had a workspace with a LAN connection. I found a washbasin with a mirror for my morning routine. The rooms are cleaned everyday, which I appreciate. The SPA had a hot water bathtub and it was very relaxing.
The room was quite little for me.

amazing location subway stations helpful staff
the location was amazing with many restaurants nearby. i found the subway stations easy to access. the free coffee and tea were a nice addition, though the cups were small. the staff was helpful
My standard double room was surprisingly small. It was difficult to open my suitcase fully.

kind staff fantastic location easy access
The staff was kind and efficient. the hotel's location is fantastic and the lively neighborhood had many good food options, it was so nice. i particularly appreciated the easy access to several metro lines. It made getting around very simple.
the room design felt a bit too dystopian. the coloring and mirror placement triggered a slight sense of anxiety

Really good Onsen and Convenient Location
top floor onsen excellent location spacious beds
I found the onsen and sauna on the top floor to be a real highlight, and they accommodate guests with tattoos which is a plus. The location is excellent, providing easy access to multiple metro lines. The room remained quiet, which contributed to a restful experience. The twin room featured two spacious beds, ensuring comfort.
The room felt quite small for two people. I had to manage luggage carefully each day. We stored a mobile dehumidifier in a corner to create space for one bag.
