The staff were always friendly. They helped arrange transport to the airport. The room had spacious areas (for the city). The bed and duvet were excellent.
I got a room on the second floor. Half of the window was covered up by the hotel sign board. It was always dark.

The room was very clean and well-kept. I appreciated the amenities provided. The hotel included many useful items. Staff booked a taxi to the airport for me. They were efficient and helpful.
The hotel did not have a gym so I was unable to exercise onsite.

The hotel's location near major train stations was excellent. I found the complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks from 3 PM to 10 PM very thoughtful. I appreciated the clean room and the staff's attentiveness. They always were really nice.

the staff was friendly and helped me arrange transport to the airport. they helped me lock in a fixed rate.
The room was tiny. It was really ok for a single person, but not for two. we had carry on luggage only, you wouldn't have got large suitcases in the room. there was very little public space as well. The breakfast area felt very cramped.
