ginza line kind staff perfect breakfast
The Ginza line station was super close. JR station was also walkable, its location is very nice. The hotel was neat and my room was standard! The breakfast was so perfect and the food was good. Oh, and the staff? So kind!

The hotel is close to subway lines. it's near the imperial palace. The location was convenient! the hotel was very clean. the staff was friendly and professional, i was pleased. the family mart downstairs made getting snacks so easy.
the room could have used a bit more attention, as there were some stains on the walls which was a minor issue.

The room was clean and a good size for city accommodation. It included every amenity i needed. the amenities available in the lobby were easy to access, and the room included good skincare sets, a nice extra touch.

The family mart on the ground floor was convenient. the lounge near reception was very nice. It had tea and coffee in the afternoons. the hotel has direct access to a convenience store. It's super useful.

I appreciated the complimentary afternoon tea and happy hour. The hotel also provides all-day specialty coffee, a nice touch (especially after a long day!). A convenience store is conveniently located right below the hotel, easy to grab snacks and essentials.
During check-in, I briefly experienced a misunderstanding with a staff member.

subway lines helpful staff
i loved the location it was so close to two subway lines. the staff were helpful and the room was clean i found a family mart right next to the hotel it was convenient.
the room was smaller than i expected but still manageable for a solo traveler
