I appreciated the complimentary afternoon tea and happy hour. The hotel also provides all-day specialty coffee, a nice touch (especially after a long day!). A convenience store is conveniently located right below the hotel, easy to grab snacks and essentials.
During check-in, I briefly experienced a misunderstanding with a staff member.

i loved the location it was so close to two subway lines. the staff were helpful and the room was clean i found a family mart right next to the hotel it was convenient.
the room was smaller than i expected but still manageable for a solo traveler
