i found the hotel near akihabara station very convenient, especially with familymart just around the corner. the rain shower in the bathroom was a treat. the free coffee from the cafe downstairs was so nice, it includes iced coffee. we enjoyed being able to get it.
our room's blanket barely covered me and i'm not a very large person. i felt uncomfortable because it was a small blanket. there was no chair in the room, either.

i found the room to have a beautiful japanese flair. the luggage storage under the bed was very helpful. the staff was friendly and gave us a free tote bag with the hotel logo, it was a nice welcome (i really liked this touch!).
the hallway felt very cold.

akihabara station is a short walk, about ten minutes from the hotel. a family mart is also nearby, just a five-minute walk. the neighborhood felt very quiet, a plus after a day out.

The customer service was awesome. The staff helped me receive my luggage prior to my check-in. i found this very convenient since i was traveling across prefectures. they were very friendly and maintained the rooms well.

free black coffee is available 24 hours a day in the lobby. the quality was surprisingly good, especially if you need a caffeine boost. i grabbed a cup (or two!) every day.

The room was not cleaned perfectly. I noticed some stains on the carpet.
