the location was convenient, offering easy access to transportation.. i particularly appreciated the family mart just downstairs, a real lifesaver for quick snacks and essentials. the room included a massage chair, perfect after a long day.

The location was great. I was near a Don Quijote that stayed open late. Family Mart was just around the corner. That was very convenient. The train station was also only a few blocks away (a quick walk, really).
The check-in process felt a little impersonal. I mostly interacted with a machine. The staff seemed uninterested in helping beyond the basics. I also noticed that the trash wasn't always collected, not ideal.

The room was quite small. I also found the lack of on-site laundry facilities inconvenient. I stayed for several nights and needed to wash clothes. the cleaning frequency was not ideal. it only occurred every three days.

The front desk staff seemed a little automated. The service felt less personal than I expected.
