the room was very clean. fresh towels were available, including shampoo and body lotion. a hot drinks maker provided tea and coffee.
there needs to be a folder in the room with instructions. instructions for operating the tv and coffee machine were missing. a map of the local area would be useful. information about restaurants and bars would also be helpful.
