The lobby area is beautiful, and the hotel facilities are very good. the location is excellent. I could walk to major stations nearby. staff provided water bottles at the reception. free juices and smoothies were available in the lounge at designated hours.

Breakfast had a great range of food and was very good. coffee and cakes were available in the afternoon. a hearty bowl of soup was available at the end of the night. It was free.

The hotel provided laundry machines. Six of them operated by coins. I appreciated that the system showed when a machine would be free next.
My biggest issue was the room size. It felt small. There was no mention that the bathroom existed entirely within the room itself. It felt a bit claustrophobic.

the location was pretty good I think, the train station was only about a 7-minute walk. the airport bus stop was really close too, only like 3 minutes away. they even had supper available, a total surprise for me.
the bathroom have a strange smell I noticed, like mold or something else. getting to the train station was not as close as I thought, and there weren't many things around. the hotel staff had some trouble using the translator, so it was hard to communicate well at times.
