The room was clean and had complete amenities. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily (a nice touch!). I also found the automated wake-up call useful. Movie options in English were available.
It often took a long time to get an elevator. There were many times it was at max capacity.

The rooms feature yukata robes and come equipped with a kettle and mini-fridge for guest convenience. A small desk area and chair are available for working or relaxing. The bathroom is compact, accommodating one person at a time.

The location was amazing. it was just next to the airport limousine bus terminal. also it was within 8 minutes walking distance to a metro station. i loved its onsen. It rejuvenated me after long walks.
The room was small, especially given the price. as a tall person, i could barely turn around in the bathroom. also the bed and pillows were too soft. It was difficult to rest my back properly. the elevators did not make complete trips up and down. during check-out, it was hard to get a ride down.

The self-serve check-in was efficient. i could drop my luggage off early (this was super convenient). i really appreciated the laundromat. It. also, the osaka skyline view from the 40th floor was very nice.
the elevator wait times can be long during peak hours.

Excellent Stay Near Namba Station
convenient laundry luggage storage efficient staff
I found the hotel provided convenient on-site laundry facilities and a helpful 7-Eleven store. The room featured under-bed storage, which helped with luggage. I requested additional luggage storage, and the staff provided it efficiently. The location is close to train stations and Dotonbori. I reached the hotel within a few minutes walk.
I waited almost 10 minutes for an elevator to reach the lobby during checkout. The hotel was very busy. This caused a slight delay in my departure.
