The location is AMAZING. I could access the Umeda downtown area without needing to use a train (so convenient!). The hotel handled our laundry with care (socks, shirts, and pants all individually wrapped). The cleaning staff dedicated to my floor provided perfect service.
The tv was old.

The hotel's location next to the train station was convenient. I was able to quickly access transportation options. The staff was helpful (they answered all my questions). My room had a closet for storage.

the hotel's location was acceptable because it was right above the station.
the lack of a wardrobe in my room was disappointing and there was hardly any space to move around freely. the hotel should not have offered this room for double occupancy. body lotion was not provided either.
