Acceptable, but Some Issues
basic buffetflat pillow
I did find some issues . The cleaning service only emptied trash cans and replaced towels. They did not make the bed. The breakfast buffet seemed quite basic for a 4-star hotel. I found the pillow unsupportive as it was too flat.

the staff were friendly and spoke english.
i found blood stains on the duvet cover and the bathtub was choked after just one night. the carpets and curtains also had really bad stains. this.

The hotel provided a very nice and neat experience. the room had all necessities. An amenity bar at reception offered extra items (i picked up a toothbrush). the staff were helpful and friendly, answering my questions with patience. the location was excellent, allowing me to walk to shopping areas.
the room was a bit small and there wasn't much space to open my luggage properly.

The room included a comfortable bed and good air conditioning (which was quiet). the bathroom was modern and very clean. I appreciated the high-quality toiletries provided, all adding to a pleasant stay.
