The hotel boasts a convenient location near an underground train station. The staff were friendly and helpful . I enjoyed a redeemable free drink that the hotel offered guests.

the staff were friendly and helpful when i asked for directions.
The room was quite small, even by local standards i expected more space i constantly bumped into furniture. the duvet cover also didn't fit the bed properly. It was too short. i found this quite annoying during the night.

my room, a double room non-smoking, was small but had everything i needed. the bed was soft, and i slept soundly each night. the cafe downstairs had the sweetest atmosphere, it felt very intimate and cozy.
The room was small even for me, i felt a bit cramped. the lack of free coffee and tea in the room was a bit disappointing. A small comfort i missed. I was forced to wait longer.
