Excellent Stay Near the Lake
manga library hot spring bath bus accessibility
This location is near the bus stop, this made it very easy for travel. The manga library offered hours of fascinating browsing. The hot spring bath facilities were a highlight of the trip. I loved the water temperature and the views. The yukatas provided added a special touch to the whole experience.
The hotel is a bit further from the station, but it is accessible via the bus or shuttle.

The japanese room featured comfortable futons, yukatas, and a kotatsu. It offered a wonderful traditional experience. The vending machines had a good variety of beverages. I enjoyed the variety of amenities in the room.

The staff was helpful and kind. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from the train station. This made transportation easy. They explained everything slowly and carefully at check-in.

The hotel is situated in a relatively quiet area near the lake. A bus stop is located right in front of the hotel. The views of the lake were wonderful from my window.

low water pressure noisy bed
The shower wasn't working great. it wasn't really comfortable either. The water pressure was very low. one of the beds was noisy. My partner didn't sleep well because of it. staff weren't really helpful. They didn't seem to care much about our concerns.

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
tatami mats free cocoa high temperature average food
The traditional room had tatami mats. It was a good experience. The hotel offers free coffee and cocoa throughout the day. That was a nice perk.
The heat in our room was too warm. Sleeping was very hard. The food varieties in the dining room were not enough. Food quality was just average.

Fantastic Stay with Lovely Views!
private bath manga library quick shuttle onsen experience
Our traditional room included a private bath located on the balcony. I found the manga library awesome. It offered both English and Japanese options. The staff were very kind. They provided quick shuttle service. I enjoyed the onsen experience with its amazing view.
The room was a bit old and needed some updating. It smelled slightly musty.

This hotel is near the lake providing easy access to beautiful scenery. I could walk to the Mt Fuji Ropeway viewing point in about ten minutes. There is a bus stop nearby that makes traveling to other areas convenient. It's a great spot!

peeling wallpaper outdated furniture
The staff were polite and very helpful , providing assistance when needed.
The room I received felt outdated, with peeling wallpaper and worn-out furniture , giving it a tired appearance. The decor was reminiscent of the 70s. This detracted from the overall experience.
