the hotel location provided wonderful views of the lake. the staff assisted with luggage storage after checkout, great to explore the area. dressing in yukatas for dinner at the hotel restaurant was a cultural highlight. the spacious room included a small separate living area for extra comfort.
The room had a slightly musty smell. It was noticeable, but a minor issue.

I enjoyed the convenient shuttle service from the station. the views of mount fuji from the terrace were wonderful! the provided yukatas were a good touch and added to the cultural experience. the hotel's location near lake kawaguchi made exploring easy. The free parking was a big plus.
