poor communicationlate check out fees

the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. getting any assistance seemed like a burden i needed to ask for towels one day. the main issue i experienced was the lack of clear communication around late check out fees it led to unnecessary stress and frustration

The location near the lagoon was acceptable.

The food quality was poor. Everything tasted bland, and I've never experienced such disappointing meals. It seemed like eating in a canteen. The lack of personal touch just added to the mass-produced feeling.
