The location is very convenient due to the proximity to the train station. I appreciated the ease of checking in and out using the touch panel. the onsen on the 20th floor provided a relaxing experience after a long day of exploring.

The room was quite small, something to consider if traveling with a lot of luggage! It made maneuvering a bit challenging.

The location was near otsuka station. there were shops and restaurants close by. the staff was friendly. cleaning was super clean. the room and bathroom were comfortable and modern, i found. the onsen on the top floor allowed relaxation after exploring. i also enjoyed the laundry room. It was adequate for washing clothes.

i found the checking process took longer than expected, more than 30 minutes.
