The staff helped us with local directions, useful. I really appreciated the delicious Western-style breakfast with an oat milk latte. I also enjoyed the view from the 15th-floor terrace. The sky view was nice.
The room lacked places to put my belongings or toiletries. This made organizing a bit difficult

Acceptable stay with SOME issues

friendly staffsmall roomlimited breakfast
The staff was friendly.
The room was quite small with little space for luggage , especially considering i stayed for several nights. The breakfast setup had POTENTIAL, but the execution fell short and offered limited options.

Excellent Location and Helpful Staff

railway stationrooftop terraceclean roomspublic lounge
The hotel is near the JR Railway and an Underground station, a very easy location for travelling around the city. The rooftop terrace had a view of the sky tower. It was a huge win. The rooms were clean. Public lounge spaces allowed me to be 'out' when I was not in my room.
The lamp was badly positioned, hanging from the ceiling right above the head position in bed.
Facilities
9/10
There is a spacious bar and dining area on the first floor. It is a nice amenity. Laundry facilities are cheap and efficient . A rooftop terrace is available. It offers a view of the surroundings.
Service
10/10
The staff were helpful. They had good English skills. Staff provided extras, for example, an umbrella on a rainy day. The staff at reception and in the restaurant are very friendly.
Dining

Breakfast offered good choices to start the day. I liked the breakfast concept, and everything tasted very good. The restaurant provided good and affordable lunches, a convenient option.
